Tina Olson Grande, MHS, is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Healthcare Trust Institute (HTI), an alliance of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations committed to promoting and implementing effective privacy and security protections for health information that engender trust in the healthcare system and allow for the advancement of treatments, cures and improved healthcare quality for individuals and populations. Janet Marchibroda currently serves as Co-Chair of Friends of HL7, supporting the work of HL7, a not-for-profit, ANSI-accredited standards development organization dedicated to supporting interoperability in healthcare, after multiple years serving as an elected and appointed member of its Board of Directors. She also serves as both the Executive Director, Programs at the National Football League Alumni Association, overseeing the engagement hundreds of former NFL players in multiple programs to improve the wellbeing of individuals across the U.S. and CEO of NFLA Neuro Health and Performance, an organization devoted to improving mental health and cognitive function among former players and all athletes. She previously served as Director of the Health Innovation Initiative and the Executive Director of the CEO Council on Health and Innovation at the Bipartisan Policy Center, Chief Executive Officer of eHealth Initiative, Chief Healthcare Officer of IBM Global Business Services, and Chief Operating Officer of NCQA.
Marc Overhage

Dr. J. Marc Overhage is the CEO of the Consortium for State and Regional Interoperability, where he leads national efforts to advance health data interoperability through Health Data Utilities. He previously served as Staff Vice President for Health Informatics and Data Architectures at Elevance Health, overseeing AI-driven patient engagement programs, and was the founding CEO of the Indiana Health Information Exchange (IHIE), where he led the development of the Indiana Network for Patient Care (INPC).

Dr. Overhage’s prior executive experience includes serving as Vice President of Strategic Intelligence and Chief Medical Information Officer at Cerner Corporation, and advancing clinical content and product strategies at Siemens Health Solutions. Academically, he has served as Director of Medical Informatics at the Regenstrief Institute and as a faculty member at Indiana University, where he co-led the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP). Dr. Overhage earned his M.D. and Ph.D. in Biophysics from Indiana University and is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Informatics and the International Academy of Health Data Sciences Informatics.

Paul Uhrig

Paul L. Uhrig is the founder and principal of Uhrig Health Advisory, Inc., an independent advisory practice focused on AI governance, regulatory policy, digital health strategy, and interoperability. He brings nearly three decades of C-suite executive and legal experience at the intersection of healthcare, law, and technology.

Mr. Uhrig served as Chief Administrative & Legal Officer at Surescripts, where he was on the leadership team that built and scaled the nation’s first nationwide health information network. Currently, he serves as Chief Legal and Digital Health Officer at Bassett Healthcare Network, a rural integrated health system in Central New York.

Mr. Uhrig currently serves on the board of The Sequoia Project, which oversees the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA), where he serves as Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee, and on the board of the New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC), where he also is the Chair of the Statewide Data Use Committee. He has previously served on the boards of DirectTrust and The Commons Project Foundation, among others driving interoperability and health information exchange in the United States. Mr. Uhrig also advises early-stage and high-growth companies applying AI and emerging technologies to improve clinical outcomes and healthcare performance. Mr. Uhrig received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from the American University, Washington College of Law.
